Friends of the
Costa Mesa Libraries
welcomes you to its online home. The
Friends is the primary support group for the
three branches of the Orange County Public
Library system located in Costa Mesa,
California.

We provide funding for children's programs
as well as books and equipment not included
in the County Library budget. Funding includes earnings from our bookstores and U.S. Passport application services as well as member dues and donations.
