Supporting Excellence in Library Services

welcomes you to its online home. The Friends is the primary support group for the three branches of the Orange County Public Library system located in Costa Mesa, California.
We provide funding for children's programs as well as books and equipment not included in the County Library budget. Funding includes earnings from our bookstores and U.S. Passport application services as well as member dues and donations.

Looking to buy or donate collectible/rare books?
The Friends of the Costa Mesa Library Used Book Shop encourages you to buy and donate books that may have a collectible value. All donations are 100% tax deductible.
Our collectibles pricing system ensures that The Costa Mesa Library obtains maximum value for these donations, and that collectors can easily find titles they are seeking.
To make this a one stop center, the Friends of the Costa Mesa Libraries offers Photo Service during Passport hours. Cost: $10.00 Click for More Info
