Passport Photographer and Receptionist Volunteer Page
Passport photo photographers

Passport photo photographers take photos with our digital camera and process them on our special photo-printer. We provide training both before and on the job.
Volunteers work 2-hour shifts each week, either Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:00pm or 5:00 to 7:00pm or Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00am.
As the photo service is located in our bookstore in the library, photographers also operate the bookstore during their shifts.
Passport Information Receptionist

The passport information receptionist is the first
contact with the Passport Acceptance Service for
those applying for a passport and we want to
make this a pleasant experience.
Volunteers make sure that applicants have the
correct paperwork, etc., and answer questions for
those who are just beginning the process. On-the
-job training is given for this position.
Hours: Once a week, 3:00pm to 6:30pm
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
It is necessary to become a member of the Friends to volunteer.
Volunteers must fill out a Volunteer Application.
